Broncos blow another game

I am almost glad that I can't get the games out here...their slide is brutal.

Great Quotes

It is an illusion to imagine that we can lead our people on a spiritual journey we have not taken. No program can substitute for the superficiality and self-will that inevitably permeate our ministry when we skim in our relationship with God. Pete Scazzero
"There can be true faith without perfect knowledge; but true faith must be ready to act on the basis of the knowledge that it has." John P. Milton - God's Covenant of Blessing
"A great coaching question is one that fits the moment," "What would make this conversation most useful right now?" "Even if you know where a person's issue is leading, you have to hold back,"With water, the most efficient route between two points isn't a straight line, but rather the path of least resistance. We may know everything about where this person is going, but we have to work with him to discover the path." Chad Hall
When we turn Christianity into a noun, it becomes a turnoff. Christianity was always intended to be a verb. And, more specifically, an action verb. Some of us live as if we expect to hear God say, "Well thought, good and faithful servant!" or "Well said, good and faithful servant!" God isn't going to say either of those things. There is only one commendation: "Well done, good and faithful servant." Mark Batterson
“The opportunity of a lifetime must be seized in the lifetime of the opportunity.” Leonard Ravenhill
"Fasting confirms our utter dependence upon God by finding in him a source of sustenance beyond food." Richard Foster
"You do not measure the strength of a man by his education, wealth or power but by what it takes to discourage him." Jerry Falwell
