So, this workout seemed intent on making it obvious that I am not nearly as strong as what I wish I was....nor anywhere near where MANY are...oh well :)
Prior to 8:00, complete:
3 rounds of:
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 squat snatches, 95 lb.
Then, 3 rounds of:
7 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 squat snatches, 135 lb.
*Prior to 12:00, complete 3 rounds of:
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
4 squat snatches, 185 lb.
*Prior to 16:00, complete 3 rounds of:
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
3 squat snatches, 225 lb.
*Prior to 20:00, complete 3 rounds of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 squat snatches, 245 lb.
Prior to 24:00, complete 3 rounds of:
11 chest-to-bar pull-ups
1 squat snatch 265 lb.

I got through the first 3 rounds ok...though taking too much time.
Got into the second 3 rounds and completed the chest to bars, though I was going pretty slow at this point and then did manage to give my self enough time to miss on a couple snatch attempts before getting one at 135.
While it would have been nice to have been faster...the 50lb jump to the next level is CRAZY and I am not sure when I will get there, if ever :)
44 reps completed and 179th place in MA Masters (40-44).
