Week 3, Day 1

Each set had 60 seconds of rest between them....
Set/Plan #/My #
Set 1 / 25 / 25
Set 2 / 17 / 17
Set 3 / 17 / 13
Set 4 / 15 / 10
Set 5 / 25 / 10

So, as you can see...first day in week 3 and I didn't make the numbers...not even close. So, I will be doing this week at least once more. With how far off I was, it could be longer.

That's still an awful lot of push ups to do in a short amount of time! Push ups are really hard to do--way harder than any other exercise, I think. I'm impressed with your numbers :)
